How this works, in plain English.
- 12 monthly payments, flat. $1,000/month for the Tailored website build ($12,000 total). No setup fee, no surprise invoices.
- 30 days to change your mind. Full refund of your first payment if you're not happy, and your site comes offline at the same time.
- Your domain is yours from day one. We never put it in our name.
- After payment 12, the site is 100% yours. Design, copy, and files, paid in full.
- Cancel early and billing stops, but the site comes offline, since the build isn't paid off yet.
The 12-month build plan
When you submit your intake form, we charge your first monthly payment of $1,000 and your 12-month build term begins. Every month after, we charge another $1,000 on the same calendar day, for 12 payments total ($12,000). That covers everything we list on the homepage: design, copywriting, hosting, SSL, your domain (or its migration), mobile optimization, lead-capture form, local SEO basics, and ongoing same-day edits whenever you email us.
There are no setup fees and no surprise invoices for small changes. After your 12th payment the build is paid in full and the website is 100% yours. If you want us to keep hosting, securing, and editing the site after that, hosting and same-day edits continue at $99/month, and you can cancel that at any time.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not happy with your website in the first 30 days after your first payment, email us athello@electricianwebpros.comand we'll refund your first monthly payment in full. You don't need to explain why.
When you take the refund, your website is taken offline at the same time. That includes the design we made, the copy we wrote, the hosting we provided, and any photos or assets you uploaded that became part of the live site. The refund and the takedown go together — they're a package.
Your domain itself stays in your name (we never put it in ours). If you want to keep using the domain elsewhere later, you'll just need to point it to a different host.
We process refunds within 5 business days of your request. The takedown happens immediately so we can free up our team to work on other clients.
The 30-day window starts on the date of your first payment, not the date your site goes live. If your site takes 14 days to launch, you still have 16 days from launch to decide.
Cancelling during the 12-month term
After the 30-day guarantee window, you can still stop at any time. Email us and we'll stop the next charge; you owe nothing further. But the build isn't paid off until your 12th payment, so when you cancel early the website comes offline at the same time. Your domain stays in your name and you can point it anywhere.
We do not refund past months once you're outside the 30-day guarantee window.
Once your 12 payments are complete, the site is paid in full and it's yours. We'll export your site files (HTML, CSS, images, the whole thing) whenever you ask. If you later cancel the optional $99/month hosting plan, hosting on our servers ends 7 days after your request, to give you time to point your domain elsewhere.
Your domain stays yours
Whether you brought a domain or asked us to register one for you,the domain is registered in your name — never ours. You're listed as the owner from day one. We just point it at our hosting while you're a customer.
If you cancel (or if you take the 30-day refund), the domain stays yours. You can point it anywhere you like.
Photos & content you send us
The photos, logos, and information you send us belong to you. By submitting them, you give us permission to use them on the site we build for you, and to display the finished site in our portfolio.
The design and copy we create for your site are licensed to you during the 12-month build term and become fully yours after your 12th payment. If you cancel during the term, or take the 30-day refund, the license ends along with the takedown.
Revisions on your first draft
We revise your draft until you approve it. A "round" means one email from you with all the changes you'd like in one go, and there's no per-round fee at this level. We keep going until you have a site you'd hand to your toughest customer.
The one boundary: revisions stay within the scope of the tailored framework. We don't build fully custom, from-scratch designs, so revision requests that amount to one aren't something we can take on.
Same-day edits after launch are included at no charge: new phone number, updated services, new headshot, copy tweaks.
SEO Kickstarter, SEO/AEO & Google Ads packages
The growth services are separate from the website build and start with an email conversation, not a checkout form.
The SEO Kickstarter is $5,000, one-time. It covers full on-page optimization for up to 5 priority pages, Google Business Profile optimization, technical cleanup (speed, schema, indexing), analytics and call-tracking setup, and a review request playbook. Payment is due at the start, and the fee is non-refundable once the work is delivered.
SEO/AEO is $2,000/month. It covers Google Business Profile optimization, review growth, new service and service-area pages each month, citations, structured data and entity work for AI search visibility, and technical upkeep, with a monthly report and call. It's a month-to-month retainer; cancel with 30 days notice. SEO compounds, so we recommend a 12-month horizon, but we won't lock you in.
Managed Google Ads is a $3,000 one-time setup plus $1,500/month management. Setup covers account build or audit, keyword research, conversion tracking, up to 3 landing pages, and campaign launch. Your ad spend budget is separate and paid directly to Google. We plan for 12 months because that's when the real ROI shows, but if you're not confident in our progress after 90 days you can exit the monthly management, no penalties. The setup fee is non-refundable once the work is delivered.
Hosting & uptime
We host your site on professional infrastructure with automatic backups and SSL certificates renewed for you. We aim for 99.9% uptime, which works out to about 9 hours of unplanned downtime per year. We can't promise zero downtime — nobody honest can — but we'll always tell you if something is wrong.
Who we work with
ElectricianWebPros is for electricians and small electrical businesses. We can't build sites that promote anything illegal, fraudulent, or that misrepresents credentials or licensing you don't actually hold. If you tell us you're a licensed electrician, we'll take that at your word — but if it turns out otherwise, we may take the site down without a refund.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that affects you (price changes, policy changes), we'll email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. You can always cancel before the change applies.
